Join us in 2021 for an exciting Let’s Act workshop exploring physical theatre performance skills. Industry professional, Danielle ‘Missy’ McKinnon from Swoop Theatre, will lead students to heighten their body awareness, and build self-confidence and collaborative skills through elements of clowning and circus skills, including hula hoops, juggling, tumbling, acro-balance, static trapeze, silks and stilt walking.
About the Tutor
Danielle ‘Missy’ McKinnon – Specialist Tutor – Drama
Danielle has been practicing and teaching physical theatre, drama and circus skills for over 15 years. She is a qualified secondary drama teacher with a Bachelor of International Creative Arts and she is a mother to two crazy boys. An avid acro-balancer and hula hooper, Danielle ran away to a UK circus in 2003 and has been living a circus life ever since.
